Article 195 a person who deliberately places or instigates another person to place dangerous articles on board a civil aircraft in use , sufficient to destroy the civil aircraft and endanger flight safety but without resulting in serious consequences , shall be investigated for his criminal responsibility in accordance with the provisions of article 107 of the criminal law ; if grave consequences result from such crime , he shall be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with the provisions of article 110 of the criminal law 第一百九十五条故意在使用中的民用航空器上放置危险品或者唆使他人放置危险品，足以毁坏该民用航空器，危及飞行安全，尚未造成严重后果的，依照刑法第一百零七条的规定追究刑事责任；造成严重后果的，依照刑法第一百一十条的规定追究刑事责任。
